Over this last year i've had a lot of fun photographing different models,every girl is different but everyone has been a delight to work with,some are professional girls ive worked with and others have been amature's.

The range of figures,styles and looks never cease to amaze me,some I have worked with have a fuller figure and others have a very petite type of figure.Let me expell some of the myths that are gernerally in the minds of people when you tell them you photograph girls/models: The girls work very hard in front of the camera as do any photographer thats looking through his veiw finder,Rarely do you have time to admire the model for what quite often she is ...a very beautiful female,most photographers are worried about things like composure......lighting.....and the actual pose its self rather than the fact she is scantily dressed or perhaps fully naked in front of you.

Most females if they are approached in the street or in a bar and they are asked to pose for you automatically think this is going to be nude.I have even had family members say to me when ive asked them to pose say im not getting my clothes off!! where does this notion come from I dont know as very few model assignments require the girl to take any clothes off.

If a shoot is arranged correctly its hard work! the photographer will give precise details on what he has booked a model for and this should include clothes to be worn,location,time,make up and hair and what payment if any is expected.

To be a model can be very expensive,she will need outfits,shoes,hair styles,make-ups and the most important thing will be her sense of humour and her models portfolio,this alone can be a big expense to the model,she needs to keep her self in trim,be punctual,polite and be prepared to negotiate.
